Interview
Two rounds of interviews. The first round is a very casual tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume. Then they select certain applicants to come to a dinner where the recruitment team takes turns talking with each table. Very casual get to know you conversation. The final round of interviews is with the entire recruitment team and consists of situation and behavioral questions. Candidates get a call by the end of the week with an offer or letting them know they weren't chosen.

They were very welcoming and easy to talk to. Did not feel intimidated during the interview. It was a pretty standard interview. Tell me about yourself, other behavior questions, then they open the floor if you have any questions for the interviewers.

Interview
Casual interview. No standardized list of questions like "tell me about a time you demonstrated ____." More conversational. Most questions stemmed from previous answers. Freedom to ask questions mid-interview if desired.
Asked about relevant experiences on my resume, and asked if there was anything else I would like to highlight that was overlooked in previous discussions. Relevant experiences discussed first, followed by more personal questions like where do you want to take your career, what do you like to do outside of school/work, etc.
Interview was on campus. Meet and greet reception the night before.
Heard back within a week.
