Asking behaviour questions such as if any conflict within u and the team, how will u solve it etc.
During the interview process, it was great as the managers were very nice and friendly to talk to.
Straightforward and direct. Two interviews; one virtual, one on site. Both were professional and in fair length. Resume, references, the standard works. It did not take long to hear back for the result.

Interview
Was relatively quick. HR scheduled both rounds of interview quickly. Both rounds interviewers were friendly and it was a good two way conversation where they learn about you and you learning about the role and company.

Very straight forward conversation with Mathew Stietz and team. The interview was online and they first introduced themselves and transitioned to me. I walked them through my experience and skills. And then they went into the technical side of things. Overall it was smooth and they were very warm and welcoming.
