Americo Life interview questions

A fifteen minute phone call with Human Resources. Then you take two assessments that are easy and don't take long at all to complete and then you get a video interview with a group of people from the department.

Multiple rounds, easy going and with intelligence test. Phone interview then a 3 hour in person interview with multiple individuals and tour of office. The intelligence test gradually got harder as it went on but you were not expected to get every question right or finish the exam.
