I sent an email inquiring about summer internship positions. They emailed me back nd said they would like to chat over the phone. They called me within the next few days and I was hired about a week later.
written application and then over the phone 10 minute screening. pretty simple in terms of questions and very casual atmosphere. make sure you know about the mission stateemnt and the responsibilities associated with your role.

Met with management to discuss the scope of internship possibilities and to match skills with with team members and areas where help was needed. It was very professional yet relaxed.
