Submitted an application. Got a call 3 weeks later. Was offered an in-person interview. Felt very confident walking out and they seemed to love my qualifications. Didn't hear from them until a month later with a rejection. My follow-up emails were completely ignored. When I arrived, I found out they weren't even really interviewing for the position I applied to.

Questions are quite standard as it is for volunteer recruitment. First you need to Introduce yourself, explain why you want to do this internship, why you are qualified for this position and ask about your availability to work.
