There was two interviews, one over the phone with HR, then you were asked to come in for an initial interview Basically they asked what you are looking for in a job, are you willing to travel, if you have customer service skills. They give you a good idea what the job is about. The person that interview me made me feel very comfortable and not a bit nervous.

Interviewer was very friendly and helpful, had to complete application and a test that was not hard. Asked common sense questions and previous job questions. Easy interview, felt comfortable.
