Interview
The interview process has changed, but the one thing that will never change is that it is a cattle call.
Don't let this scare you away too much. While it is true that AIL doesn't have the most selective hiring process, you should at least stay for the overview and try to decide if it is something for you. Wait around and try to talk to some of the agents there to see how they like it because depending on the management and culture of the office, experiences may vary greatly.
American Income can be an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a career, but very few have the stomach to stick with it long enough to see the long-term rewards. Talk the the hiring managers (MGAs) about the position, take your time, get to know them, and once you have a feel for how they are as a manager, then make your determination.
If they seem like a strong manager that cares about their agents, you could end up with a job you love.

Question 1
They obviously want to know why you would be a qualified candidate, but most importantly, they just want you to understand how difficult it will be. This job is not for the weak. It's extremely hard and you have to really want it to get a lot out of it.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
