I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Lafayette, LA) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was not much of an interview as it was a presentation of what the job would be. There were three parts. The first part the recruiter spoke to you to go over your resume. Then you were placed in a group with others while the manager explained the job. The next day you would be called in to have a small talk with the manager again. The interview process is easy and isn't selective at all. They will hire you as long as your availability is open.
It was a step process, a couple of zoom meetings, and after a couple of interviews, you will Receive an offer. It was an enjoyable process. I would suggest searching your options before making a final decision. You work long hours.
Disgusting. Please do not even apply for this company. You will put in way too much money and they don't even value you as a person. They are extremely rude unless they are trying to get money out of you!!!
I applied online. I interviewed at American Income Life (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
The first interview was extremely easy. It was about hour long but only spent about 2 minutes talking. Felt more like the first day or something more than anything else
