Greeted in a positive atmosphere by a wonderful secratary. First interview just got to know me a bit, then the 2nd interview allowed me to get to know the company a bit. The last interview allowed me to ask specific questions and gave me the opportunity to compete for a position.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
