I was interviewed by 2 employees of Amtrust. It was a technical interview, with questions on programming, relational databases, and sql. Many of the questions were about concepts within these topics, and they also asked me to write out some sql statements. The interview lasted about 40 minutes.

A recruiter called me and I spoke to them about my experience. A few days later the recruiter called back and offered an interview with two software engineer leads. The interview lasted 1 hour interview with them.

Basic OOP and data structures questions, demonstrate how to write a SQL join statement, Fizzbuzz, and some basic web life cycle questions.

Interview
One on one with manager onsite. Asks some standard oop programming questions like what are the 4 pillars of oop and the difference between overloading and overriding. Had some questions on sql as well . Know how to join a table in sql. Be ready to talk about MVC as well. Had a tiny bit of javascript thrown in there too. Overall good interview and impression of the work environment.
