So I applied online for this position in early March of 2011 and received an email from a recruiter about 3 weeks later. I was told to call him regarding the postion. Called him, left a message and he called back that same day. Was a unexptected short 15 min phone interview. He said I would hear if I would go further or not in the hiring process within a week. Did not hear anything called the recruiter back left a message and received an email about 1 week later saying I passed the first step and would need to take an assesment test. Took that and got the results 15 minutes later and said I passed. I received an email that same day to schedule an interview and set it up for two days later. Was a panel interview with the hiring managers and they were very nice and welcoming. Consisted of behavioral and situation questions and was asked about resume and previous jobs. Lasted about an hour 1/2 and also sat down with someone who was doing the job for about 15 minutes to get an idea of what it would be like. The hiring manager said I would hear from them within two weeks.
