Interview
During the interview process I traveled to Northbrook and stayed at a hotel nearby as it was an early morning interview. I was greeted by the individual who had done my phone interview. I then was matched with a VP from Human Resources to complete my interview. He was very kind and we spent probably about 1 hour to 1.5 hours having a conversation. The questions he asked were a lot about getting to know me as an individual and learning more about my resume and what I had done.

Interview
I went to the career fair and I got an on-campus interview with Allstate for Leadership Development Program. The next day I went to the interview. There was one interviewer who asked many behavioral questions. I also presented a case study to her explaining my thought process.
