It was a long wait. Where do you see yourself in five years. How would you deal with a difficult customer. Why did you choose to work in this industry. How do you calculate, problems equations. How would you deal with angry co worker. What is your favorite pass time.
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
