They asked questions from different categories - such as leadership style - and then they would ask a question from each category such as how to allocate resources or handle a timing crunch. They would (at times) ask for a specific situation in your career that would explain your style.
So you need to listen to the broad category read out and then relate your job experience to a specific question concerning the category. Don't get flustered....take notes if you have to (probably unneeded) and ask for more details if need be.
For example, in the part about allocating resources I did ask for an example to make an abstraction more concrete, so I could answers in terms of the example.
It was all total resume based interview. They dig deep into each of the projects and how it will help in the real world to the customers. And also why this specific tech stack was used.
Interview process is BDI style interview. Please look up how to perform a BDI interview for the best success. Expect questions like, tell me about a time you performed your job successfully and how did you gauge success or a measurable improvement.

Question 1
tell me about a time you performed your job successfully and how did you gauge success or a measurable improvement
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Sep 2023
Interview
Ghosted! The process began with a phone screening, which went well. A week later, I had a second interview with the Product Manager VP which lasted 2-hours, followed by a third round of interviews with three separate peers (in compliance, actuary, and project management VP roles) one week after the VP interview. These interviews allowed for a comprehensive assessment of my skills and fit for the role. However, a notable issue has been the lack of communication post-interview. Despite my proactive efforts in sending follow-up emails once a week after each interview, A month later only by checking the company site was my application status updated to "Denied". No decency to again even send an automated denial email. The most unprofessional company i've ever interviewed with. I'd warn anyone looking to apply with them to not even waste their time. While I understand that the hiring process can sometimes take time, it's essential for a company to maintain communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and the progress of their application.
