I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
After a phone interview, I went to Northbrook for an in person interview. There were about 8-10 other people there. It lasted from 9am-3pm. There was an overview of the program, icebreaker activity, lunch and a tour. Then, there was a case study and presentation to two people currently working at Allstate. It wasn't about coming up with the best solution, just more so to show your creativity and problem solving. Then, there was the final interview. While other people were having their final interview, other people were socializing with current people in the program. The final interview will be different for everyone but mine felt a lot more like a conversation and it went really well.
