Allscripts CIS Applications Trainer/Analyst interview questions

Interview was done by four employees (including Dept. Manager). Questions were irrelevant, for the most part, and concentrated on beliefs, attitudes, and feelings, rather than work history and skill set. One interviewer became unable to continue interview due to illness and had to leave to see doctor.
