Interview seemed like it went well, then after trying to follow up to get some clarity on a time frame... crickets. This company seems to have a trend of completely ghosting its interviewees. I would not recommend this place at all.
It was easy to book an interview, it was via email. However, this company ghosted me after saying “it’s probably going to be a yes, I’ll contact you by tomorrow”…which seems to be a common theme upon researching.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allied Benefit Systems in Sep 2025
Interview
I interviewed on a Tuesday and was told I would hear back by Thursday or Friday of that week, but NO LATER than that Friday. Well it's been over 3 weeks and I never heard from them again. I went onto their website to look at their openings and the job I interviewed for had been taken down. Advice to management and the talent acquisition staff... work on your communication skills with potential candidates, especially the ones who have already taken time out of their day to interview with you. Do not just ghost them. If a position they interviewed for has been filled, then be professional and at least send them an email. It's common courtesy. DO NOT say "you will hear from us by -" and then never communicate again.
