An email was sent inviting for an interview, and was specifically advised to dress professionally. Interview process took almost 4 hours.
Started with company overview, followed by a group activity, then a one on one interview with one of the manager/supervisor. If you were hired on the spot, they will request for you to stay, however, if you didn't get the job, they will advise that you will hear back from them in a week. It only took 2 days for them to email me my rejection letter.
I truly don't understand where or how they base their hiring criteria, I was dressed professionally, but majority of the applicants, were dressed in jeans or leggings, paired with running shoes. But yet this people were the ones who got the job on the spot, interview wise I believed I did great, but I guess I'm lucking experience in the dish washing area, because that is what they were repeatedly telling the applicants, that the position requires an extensive dish washing, cooking, bar tending, serving, etc.
