I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2009
Interview
It started with a phone interview, followed by a 1 on 1 with 2 persons (manager and and HR person) followed by an interview with a panel including my peers. The proicess took long, and the call for the interview came 2 days prior to the interview.
