I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online in response to a posting seeking people fluent in English and Japanese. Got a phone interview. Cheerful interviewer. Seemed to go fine. Was told to wait two weeks (but it "wont be that long"). Got a generic reply 16 days later saying after careful consideration they didn't want me. Never even bothered to test my Japanese language ability.

Question 1
Give an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer.
It was almost three years ago, so I could be wrong and things could be different now. But if I am correct, there was online questionnaire and video interview before the phone call. I managed to get the phone call but what was unfortunate was, I didn't have PR card back then, and as soon as I said I only had work permit, the interview ended. It was permanent part time position.
