Interview
interview started by phone with general questions. The phone interview had nothing to do with the actual job. It was basically to hear your voice and to how well a person would respond to the questions.

Why do you want to work for air Canada. Explain a scenario where agent would have a conflict with another co-worker and how would agent handle it
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.

One on one sit down interview with an interviewer. The person asking different questions. It does include role play, explaining what is expected and the schedule is base on 24/7 industry
