Very straightforward and easy. Asked about previous work experience. Asked about if I’m able to work in certain weather conditions, can work rotating shifts. Main focus was on safety- how can u handle safety situations and how u can handle situations under pressure

Basic interview, very straight forward if you have done an interview before. Asking questions about why you want to work for the company and the adverse weather and ability to work in it.
