Applied via Agoda Career System and was contacted by recruiter 1 week after that.
Since I'm local candidate, 1st interview was F2F interview with Developement Manager
Question for 1st interview is about Algorithm, Data Structure ,Scalability and Distribution System.
Next week , was asked by recruiter to do the Home Test which should be done in 7 working days. I submitted on 4th day and was contacted by recruiter on 1 week after that to have 2nd F2F interview with Senior Manager
2nd interview questions was same as 1st interview with addition of Thread, High Availability Design and Soft Skill Attitude.
After 2nd interview which is final interview, I waited for 2 weeks to get contacted by recruiter to have appointment for feedback with Senior Manager that asked me about current salary.
1 week later , I got an offer from Senior Manager.

Just classic leetcode interview like you would do years ago interviewrs are nice but the interview process is outdated. After the leetcode you get a generic software discussion interview but with no mantion of ai or anything like that at all.
2 round 1st is DSA one easy and one medium problem followed by hiring manager round where project discussion is going on where deep dive into the projects focus is majorly on the architecture
In interviews, generic logic questions test clear thinking, assumptions, and reasoning under pressure, not factual knowledge. Interviewers want to see how candidates approach problems and explain conclusions calmly and logically.
