Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Aflac in Feb 2019
Interview
1 on 1 Interview after first stage and screening. 2nd stage includes group interviews with Aflac assessors depending on your district. My 1 on 1 interview was on Campus by an Aflac Recruiter.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time when you had to give someone difficult feedback. How did you handle it?
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
It was super easy, over zoom, did not really ask many questions at all. Gave a brief rundown of my experience and was offered the position on the spot. They did not ask anything very specific at all.
