Extensive and they are super nice and talk about how it is a big family and they really want to get to know you and they treat you well, and then they ghost you.

When I arrived they asked for my resume then advise me to be a joint interview with four other people in the room I don't think with my years experience that I should have to do a four-man interview with four other candidates
