I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
A large group interview the first day where everyone goes around saying their name only. Then someone comes and explians how sales work. Talks about training and salary as well. He has been working for 10 years. Told to bring in resume and leave that with them. I did not go back for a second round phone call.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aflac (Jasper, TN) in Feb 2017
Interview
I only attended one interview. The interviews were supposed to be one on one with the Regional Sales Coordinator. He was so overbooked even arriving early I still had to wait an hour to be told that myself and the two remaining prospects would instead be interviewed as a group. That interview consisted of the regional sales coordinator explaining what services Aflac supplies and skewing the perception of the Healthcare industry to the two younger applicants. We were then told about all the money we would make but that we would have to work hard and work as a team. We were told we might be contacted for a second interview. I was contacted a few days later for a follow up one on one interview but after doing some additional research decided the business was not for me. I declined the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions asked during the session were general questions about if the applicant knew what Aflac did and did the applicant know anything about the insurance sales industry.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aflac
Interview
Interview process was easy and Regional Sales Coordinator was very nice and personable.
However, what you are told in the interview about your income potential and the timeline for that potential is very misleading. You are told that almost immediately you could start having a steady stream of income, when in reality it can take up to 5 years for that to happen.
