Initial phone interview with HR representative to discuss experience and interview process. Told at first interview that they'd like to proceed to 2nd step (portfolio) and who to expect to hear from. Quickly received email with information on how to submit portfolio. Very timely response after portfolio submission to let me know they were proceeding with other candidates. HR rep provided feedback when requested. Very positive experience with HR and communication during process.
