We make concerted efforts to take action on and be held accountable for our Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives, so it’s disappointing to hear that this was not represented in your call with the hiring manager. We acknowledge that we still have work to do in this department, and have dedicated staff and programs in place to ensure we are actively prioritizing diversity of backgrounds and experiences in our recruiting efforts, and removing unconscious bias from the interview process.
