Affinity Health Plan interview questions

Interviews went well and seemed like a pleasure via zoom interviews and phone calls. Basic questions were asked. HR processes are extremely unorganized though. They do not respond to emails and the communication is poor. I can see why new candidates veer away from this company. I was dumbfounded to learn that members of their HR team have worked at affinity for many years and their processes are so poor. This is why I turned down the position.
