First phone interview was basic questions confirming information on my resume such as dates and places of employment. Second phone call was with HR and was about an hour in length. There were lots of behavioral type questions, "tell me about a time when" After about a week they had someone call me with an offer. Entire process took about two weeks.

Phone Interview with 2 managers that lasted approximately 40 minutes. They made me feel at ease and the interview flowed well. They did ask situational questions off of a sheet.

I was contacted by the recruiter. She asked about my previous case management experience. I received another email on my pending interview with the hiring manager. You have to follow up like your life depend on it.
