I applied online. I interviewed at Advisors Ahead (Moscow, ID)
Interview
The interviews were segmented into video clips. You recorded yourself answering their questions, then submitted your responses via the internet. It was very straight forward for the first round of interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about when someone was being difficult/how I handled it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Advisors Ahead in Dec 2016
Interview
First they will ask you to do a couple of recorded interviews on the computer. Next they will ask you to send them a "passion essay" about why you're a good fit. Next you will do another set of recorded interviews. After that they will ask you for two letters of recommendation. All of this is done before you even talk to anyone there. I have not heard back from them since sending those even though I have attempted to contact them several times.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Advisors Ahead in Oct 2016
Interview
Just a bunch of online steps --- but after each one, I never heard back negatively or positively, and had to reach out to the recruiters each time to check in on my application. Each time, they just sent me the next step (video interview, personal essay, etc.), but after the last step, I never heard back from them --- I checked in twice inquiring about the status of my application, and they said they would let me know soon. This was maybe 2-3 months ago. I'm assuming I didn't recieve an offer, and that's fine, but they really could do a better job of telling people what their status is if they're no longer in consideration instead of wasting our time. It's terribly unprofessional.
