The job listing asked humanities managers specifically to apply but she wanted my answers to be rooted in data analysis. There were a few times when she asked me to rethink my answers from that lens and it threw me off a bit.

The worst recruiting process I have ever been a part of.
After submitting a very demanding case assignment, you are completely ignored. If you haven't receive a positive response , Adobe ghost you and no one will respond to your emails.
An answer, not to mention a feedback, would have been nice.

Video behavioral interview, a case submission, and a final interview at the NY office that included several rounds of behavioral interviews (2 employees each) and a case presentation to senior employees. There was also lunch / kind of in-and out interactions with Adobe employees in the room where you waited for interviews to happen.

Interview
There were 2 rounds with a presentation at the last round. The first round had 2 interviewers and the last round had around 5 interviewers. The second round had to parts - a presentation and a behavioral interview. It was all online.
