I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe in Oct 2024
Interview
Did several rounds of interviews. My last interview seemingly went really well, but heard nothing after it was conducted. Multiple weeks have passed without hearing back from anyone despite following up. Assuming no offer at this point, but pretty inconsiderate to just ghost a candidate that had already dedicated so much time to interviews and presentation prep. The least you can do is let me know.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Oct 2024
Interview
initially i was shortlisted in the process then was called upon to give an interview, i had to showcase my projects to them, they were really sweet and polite. there were simple questions like doing the heuristic analysis of webapp screens of my choice and general ux related questions
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Adobe in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard - screening round, portfolio review, whiteboard challenge, etc. Throughout the process, the interviewers seemed bored and uninterested. In the first round, out of a planned panel of 7, only 3 showed up (2 were 10 minutes late)
Overall it was a bad experience. I would not want to work with teammates who treat the recruitment process so casually.
