Interview
They gonna contact you via phone call, they going to tell you that your profile perfectly matches even if it is a piece of cardboard with your name on it. By phone, they going to make sure that you're the person who applied and they going to call you for an interview 1:1, a few days later they going to call you for a second interview and you are in.
They tried to make you think the process is really complicated and selective but is not like that.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Addella (Calgary, AB) in April 2018.
Interview
They hire anybody, and while I was waiting in he lobby they called at least 15 people because they are so desperate. As soon as you walk in you know they are hiding something because the way they have things set up looks like they are trying way to hard. You can sense that its fishy and they lie to you the entire time and don't tell you is door to door
Interview Questions
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Addella (Calgary, AB).
Interview
It was weird. interview took less than 10mins and many candidates were waiting in the waiting area that a TV show was loud and a receptionist was busy to handle with another candidate. (I was 10mins early. there were three other people sit and wait when I arrived.) before my interview, I saw total seven other candidates. After I went to a room for the interview, the interviewer asked me about myself and expected salary. Then, the person explained the role of the job. And then, she asked me whether I can work or not.
The interview was most awful experience I ever had

Interview
Friendly people who know the sales business well. Everyone starts out in sales, which can be a positive as it establishes a structure. Job was initially not advertised as door to door sales. Once you get to the interview, you find out the truth about this company and it's just that they are a sales company

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Addella (Calgary, AB) in December 2017.
Interview
Very easy, everyone gets accepted practically. The interview process is sneaky. They will white lies and avoid a lot of details during the 2 interviews. Then when they take you a backshadow into the field they actually tell you it's door to door..
