Three interviews total with two tasks. Adarga had set a great impression in the first two interviews with HR and Hiring Manager. The third interview was where things went rapidly downhill and I ended up withdrawing my application from consideration. Adarga had said they were in a hurry to hire a new PMM. I had two interviews and then submitted a task that was reviewed, and I was invited back for a 3rd and final interview, where I had to prepare and present a second task and further present the first task.
As mentioned, the third interview was a negative experience. The interview felt like an interrogation. There was not much to be desired, as I left the interview feeling dejected and quite down; not a good feeling for a job opportunity.
After the final interview, communication became an issue. It was known by HR I was looking to find a new role ASAP, and they were aligned with that wanting to hire a new PMM as quickly as possible. Three weeks after my final interview, I still hadn’t received a decision. I withdrew my application. I did not want to work at a workplace that treated applicants and employees with such inconsideration.
