I went through two rounds of interviews:
- the first interview was with an external recruiter and focused primarily on my background, motivation, and overall fit with the company culture and mission.
- the second round involved both the HR manager and the hiring manager. This conversation went deeper into my past experiences, skills, and how they aligned with the role’s expectations.
Throughout the process, communication was smooth and timely. The tone was professional yet friendly, and I felt that my profile was genuinely considered. Overall, a clear and efficient interview experience.
