Tedious but generic. Maybe they would irritate less people and stop negatively affecting peoples lives if they gave people the tips and tools and resources needed to succeed. Not to mention, due reference checks, see what the work style is of the people you work with so that you can make hiring decisions. A lack of HR really contributes to the toxic environment here..
