After submitting you application online or in person, they will call you for an over the phone interview. If they like you then they’ll invite you for an interview with the store manager and then there is a third final interview with the store owner.

Made sure I could do basic math and that was about it. It was a super straight forward process, don't stress it... Unless you can't do math, and even then they'd probably give you a different job.

Interview
During the application process it kept mentioning if I ever felt like punching someone (totally weird!) I mentioned if hired I would need a certain day off and a guy behind made a comment about the day and it wasn't until I was driving home I think I know why he was making a remark. I didn't realize the day was 420 day. I was just wanting the day off for a faire I paid for already. So I felt if they were judging me just for asking that day off then that's on them! because one why would I mention that during the interview?
