      Account Executive Interview

      Dec 18, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accruent

      Interview

Seamless and very upfront interview process!! I applied online and within a week, received an email from the recruiter Lindsey containing a link to an online assessment (the assessment expires within 5 days of receiving the email). The assessment consists of two, timed parts; one is SAT type questions and the other is a personality test. The scores of the assessment are not shared, however, if you do well enough the recruiter will contact you back, asking some initial interview questions about your interest in the company, qualifications, etc. After this Lindsey took the information provided and contacted me within a few days to set up an interview with the Regional Manager. Because I do not live in Texas, this interview was set up via webcam and a teleconference (which was a first for me, but actually a very comfortable interview process). There were also arrangements for me to take a second assessment. This time only the SAT type questions were given, and proctored via the webcam. Once the scores were verified between the intial assessment and the second assessment, and the feedback came back from the first interview, I was contacted by Lindsey to set up a final set of interviews. These consisted of one interview with the VP of Sales, a brief overview of the company benefits with Lindsey, and then a closing interview with the VP of Strategic Programs. After a few days of gathering all of the feedback of the entire interview process, Lindsey called me with a verbal offer from the company, and a written offer soon after. Overall, if this company is a direct reflection of their interview process, then they really have great things and people in place. No doubt, this is the best interview process that I have ever been involved in.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accruent in Jan 2025

      Interview

Video interview with HR went well. Video interview with hiring manager went well. Was scheduled to interview with a sales engineer who did not show up for a video twice. Interviewed with another engineer. I sent thank you notes to all, and a follow up to the hiring manager and HR person. Then nothing. Not even a template rejection email. Ghosted.

      Interview

Applied through the company website. Was sent an online assessment, phone interview screen with a recruiter, then an on site interview with executive. The only way to get an interview is by taking the assessment. The recruiters were very quick to communicate and were very transparent throughout the entire process

      Account Executive Interview

      Jul 22, 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accruent in Jul 2014

      Interview

First, I took the aptitude test online. After the test, I did a phone screen with the recruiter, Lindsey. She was great - very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Second, I re-took the test proctored via WebEx. Third, I did the first interview via WebEx. A few days later, I was scheduled for a "final interview" - I interviewed with two more people as well as a benefits review with Lindsey. I thought the interviews went great, but was told I didn't get the position because of lack of experience. I really wish they would have saved all the time involved in this process if they didn't think I was qualified from the beginning. Other than that, my experience was great! At the start of this process, Lindsey told me that the start date was in three weeks so I think this helped accelerate the interview schedule. However, they did not let me know that I didn't get the job until about 1 week before the start date and told me that they've had people relocate in as little as three days. I think they could be more considerate of potential employees time.
