Usually, there's a test on your English skills, then they will interview you, first with the HR manager and then, either with the duty manager or FOM, depending on whoever is available on that day.

called by the HR and having the interview with HR first.. After that, having an interview with user’s dept head and then goes to GM. We should be able to come ontime and answering all of the question clearly. Be polite but straight.
