Interview
Online application. Video interview and a short personality test. Got an offer without any in person interviews/chat. Felt as if Accenture is not very selective in hiring the interns.
Also didn't have a choice on whether Tech Consulting or Management Consulting. Would advice the HR ladies to be more friendly.
It was easy to talk to HR. The hiring manager was friendly, but gave me a feeling in the end that it would be our last conversation. Which happened to be true after few days. So when the HR person called me I wasn't surprised that I didn't get the offer.
The process consists of 3 steps:
1: work group with other 4 candidates (project to work on and final presentation)
2: line manager - profile review, motivation and business case
3: Managing director - motivation and candidate match
Very long selecting process - around 3 months
