I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Riga) in Feb 2024

      Interview

The Accenture interview process typically involves several stages, though the specific steps may vary depending on the role you're applying for and your level of experience. Here's a general overview: 1. Online Assessments: This is often the first step and involves taking tests that assess your cognitive abilities, such as logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, and verbal communication. Depending on the role, you might also encounter technical assessments specific to your field. 2. Interviews: If you pass the assessments, you'll likely progress to interview rounds. These can be conducted virtually or in-person, and may involve: Phone Screening: A brief conversation to discuss your resume and suitability for the role. Technical Interview: This delves deeper into your technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. You might be asked about your experience with specific technologies, problem-solving abilities, or be presented with coding challenges. HR Interview: This assesses your cultural fit, communication skills, and motivations for applying to Accenture. Expect questions about your teamwork abilities, past experiences, and career goals. Potentia Interview (for strategic roles): This unique interview assesses your creative thinking and strategic capabilities through a case study or business scenario. Additional Tips: Throughout the process, research the company and the specific role you're applying for. Practice your interview skills and prepare answers to common behavioral and technical questions. Be confident, articulate, and showcase your enthusiasm for the opportunity. Remember, the interview is a two-way street. Ask thoughtful questions about the role and company culture to gauge if the position aligns with your career aspirations. For more specific details and resources tailored to your situation, it's recommended to visit the Accenture careers website or reach out to their recruiters directly.

      Application

I interviewed at Accenture (Łódź, Lódz)

      Interview

The recruitment process took 6 weeks. After the first interview, I waited two weeks for a response, after which I was told that the recruiter was going on vacation and someone else would contact me—but that never happened. It was just a waste of my time. This is not a subjective opinion, as I had the necessary technical skills to perform the role.

Case study and hackerrank with logic questions, process is okay, pretty long and people talk over each other. Heard the f2f one is a lot longer. Online one was 3 hours long and as long as you talk properly and try to showcase yourself you're good. Just talk a lot during the case study and answer questions talk smartly, articulate your words etc etc

      Interview

3 rounds: first behavioural; second, a case interview (take-home case with presentation and questions). I was told I would have about a week to turn it around; however, I was given the weekend with no dialogue.
