Communications were absolutely terrible. I was contacted by Accenture by a woman who eventually left her job after contacting me and went to another department. I then did a skills interview and then a behavioral type interview after the initial typical interview, both of which went very well. I was passed along to no less than 5 different recruiters and after my 3rd interview I was finally offered to fly out to Chicago for an in person interview -what they called the "confirming interview". I was sent confirmed purchased hotel and airfare for my trip. The in-person interview was "postponed" to two weeks later just 3 days before I was supposed to leave for Chicago. When it came time to find out about the interview I had to call and e-mail multiple times only to be told that they weren't interviewing in NY anymore. Then I found out that they were changing the entire hiring process after another few phone calls and it would be at least a month until they knew anything. A month and a half later they contacted me again and set up yet another phone interview and told me it would be a case study interview. I prepared for that, and then upon my interview they conducted an estimation question, not the case study as they had told me. The interview went very well and the gentleman who I interviewd with was nice, as were all the interviers, asked me all sorts of questions as to when I could start, what office I'd like to work etc. Two weeks later I was contacted and told that they did not get the results they were looking for. After 4 phone interviews and a lot of poor communication about their job recruitment processes and 5 months of time wasted they did not even give me any feedback when asked. This was a terrible experience.

Muy buena experiencia. Lo único que fue complicado mantener una assessment center virtual y me pareció muy complicado o mismo chocante el ver tantas personas en una reunión virtual. Se sintió poco personalizado, hubiese preferido un pre filtro del assesment.
