Not sure why some companies bother to conduct interviews? To keep their PM s busy or to waste our time? I wasn't asked any technical questions, it was like a general chat about work place and my status there. He even told me that he can get me on board but I shouldn't resign until I hear back from them. What an unprofessional attitude! Never heard anything , then I called the recruiter who set up the interview and he was very nice responded quickly, and quoted the feedback! " He is more like a support person than a leader ". It didn't say in the JD that they are looking for the president of the company! Not sure how he decided that in 15 min conversation!
Almeno tre colloqui, pianificazione complessa e poca chiarezza della posizione. L'effettiva posizione viene confermata solo in fase di offerta, probabilmente provano prima a vendere la figura professionale al cliente.
Nel mio caso la posizione non rispettava a pieno quella per la quale mi sono candidato
