I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Denver, CO) in Feb 2022
Interview
They first gave me a 30 min call with basic questions like what I do, some background information and why Accenture. Then I took a digital assessment with a lot questions about how to handle situations and insights on what the company does. After that you get a second interview and I had to prepare a case, present it and then got asked some situational questions. Then another interviewer asked me more behavioral and situational questions for another 45 minutes. It was a really long interview and you really have to prepare.

How would you make sure the clients needs are met?
I did their Student Leadership Program but did not get an offer. The interview was pretty average, with a screening interview and some basic behavioral questions. The Consulting Development Program does not do case interviews.

Applied and did an online aptitude test, a month or so later I got a screening interview that lasted about 30 minutes and didn’t get invited for a second interview

Had an employee referral and currently earning my MBA and the recruiter asked 0 follow-up questions and rushed through the few prepared questions. Did not leave time for questions at the end of the interview.
