1st interview with HR (basic interview regarding motivation, skills and competences, expect financial package,...)
2nd interview with Senior Manager (in depth conversation about the role, experience, knowledge, past challenges)
3rd and final interview with Managing director (company culture, past responsibilities, value of managed contracts, goals and ambitions)
Great conversations, informal and pleasant. Not a traditional interview structure.
