Interview
The resume is shortlisted by a junior level HR rep after which the HR round takes place on telephone. Profile needs to be made on company website and online aptitude and knowledge test is to be completed. I all goes well, there is a technical round , after which job is offered or the application is rejected.

Varios test y foco en inglés - no tomar rol junior, es demasiado junior y muy poco salario. Ofrecen muchos beneficios extras al salario, pero los salarios suelen ser bajos. Explican el roadmap de carrera que es muy bueno
