Interview
HR screening over the phone to determine your which part of Accenture you would like to be in. You are emailed an assessment to complete. Once you move forward, you are given a presentation prompt to prepare for. The presentation is to talk about how technology affects the business we work with today. You are given about a week to prepare and then you give the presentation. This is then followed by a last round of interview.
30 minute phone screen consisted of going over my background and experience. The interview was very conversational and friendly, and it was not super formal but the interviewer wanted to know which program I wanted to be aligned to and which location I would prefer. They also asked about work visa status.

Which location would you prefer? Do you know which program you want to be in - technology development program, interactive, or consulting development program?
I don't know if it was just me, but my interviewer did not smile or really make conversation, I think he was trying to intimidate me. The questions were about my commitments on campus and my past experience. First interview was behavioral.
