My friend attended the Interview. Interview went fine for 3 technical rounds followed by Managerial round and HR Round with salary discussion. HR is impossible to reach. They never pick your calls. You can feel the negligence in HR. My friend was calling to know the schedule of the interview but they were not picking up. They will call only when they want. HR Round is also over along with salary discussion but they didn't give the offer letter. HR called finally after 3 weeks and told that the job that she had applied for is no longer available however they closed my friend's job application by stating the reason that her credentials did not meet their selection or verification criteria.
Of course this is not the company review but the review on may be that HR alone or that group of HRs who work in a chaotic way.
