Interview
Firstly, there will be a game based test by using pymetrics. It’s a personality test, once you have passed the pymetrics test. You are required to do a video recording interview by using hirevue. Once you pass the hirevue test, hr will pass your cv/resume to project manager and then will have a technical/skill sets interview
On campus interview held in college, interview went for 15 minutes.
Everything went well, asked few hygiene questions. Confidence did good to me would advice to have the same during interview.
Prepare HR answers well along with technical questions
1 Pre-screen, 1 phone interview, and 1 in-person (3 different meetings). Basically painless, except I was made to do a case study even though I was interviewing for a software engineering position. Not a difficult case study though, basically just work through it and explain your thought process to the interviewer.
